Where can I find the diversity & inclusion survey?

Do we get confirmation our marketing assets have been received? 

Currently you do not receive confirmation. That being said, we're working at improving the whole system to send assets to enable you to get more feedback, so stay tuned for updates in this area. If you ever want double check if we've received your folders, you're welcome to reach out via the 'contact us' tab on your dashboard, and we can confirm this for you. 

 

Will W&B ever implement pre-orders or trunk shows? 

We've considered pre-orders, however it's not something that we're planning to offer in the immediate future. If there are any updates on that we'll make sure to inform you over email. Regarding trunk shows, you are able to host events with us in our three store locations. If you're interested in finding out more and getting in touch with our Events Team, please refer to this article.

 

Do we have to pay to host an event in store? 

No, hosting an event in our stores is free to do. Events are subject to approval. Feel free to reach out to our Events Team to discuss hosting one with us!
