Q&A 

Is there an additional cost to host an in store event? 

No, hosting events with us is free to do, provided the event is approved by our Events Team. 

 

Can UGC images be from launch events or behind the scenes? 

No behind the scenes imagery please. If the imagery is from events, please ensure that it conforms to the bullet points listed by the PR team on the slide and in this article. 

 

How do I apply to be stocked in store? 

If you are interested in joining our stores, please follow this form and someone from the team will be in touch with more information.

 

When you upload marketing material, does someone from W&B contact us to discuss it or does it just go on? 

At the moment, due to capacity, we aren't able to offer feedback for every bit of material submitted. Conversely if you want to make sure we've received it, or occasionally request feedback from our marketing team, you can reach out via the 'contact us' tab on your dashboard and we may be able to facilitate that!

 

If we upload new assets to our dropbox folder for a specific W&B feature ie "wedding picks" or "earth day" do we need to alert the marketing team that there's new imagery that would work for those or do they just take a look through random content for these?

Both options definitely apply! Our marketing team does comb through new submissions and ear mark appropriate imagery for activations and campaigns, although it's always useful if you'd like to reach out via the 'contact us' tab to let us know you're putting forward particular imagery. Can we upload videos as marketing material? 

At the moment you aren't able upload videos in product listings, and we aren't able to use videos on our website or newsletters. Despite this, you can explore options for videos for our socials via this article.
