FAQS

Can you include multiple products in a UGC image?

Yes, ensure you tag them and they're all active on W&B.

Do you spotlight new brands over existing brands at any point?

Yes, each Monday we do a story series on IG and FB. We also do a bi-weekly intro post, as well as weekly 'New In' emails. It is unfortunately impossible to feature every new brand, however we do have several initiatives in place to try to feature as many new brands as possible.

How many newsletters do you send each week?

We usually send 5 per week.

How long does it take UGC to be approved/appear onsite?

We approved and review UGC daily, and it can take 1-2 days to appear onsite after being approved.

Would it be a problem if we do not have studio shots?

No, it's not a problem. Lifestyle shots mean you're much more likely to be featured across our organic marketing channels, so they're the priority.

Do I need to send an email once I upload new imagery via the dropbox?

No, you don't need to send an email when you upload new imagery. Just ensure you've followed the instructions outlined in the presentation.

Is it mandatory to have at least 3 units in stock per size to be featured?

Yes, it is essential for emails, however we can occasionally be more flexible on other social channels.
