How do I decline out of stock orders?

What to do if you are unable to fulfill an order

We understand that occasionally there can be unexpected issues with stock or various other reasons why an order cannot be fulfilled. In these instances, it is absolutely vital that we are informed about this so we can let the customer know. 

If you are unable to fulfill the order, please decline the order on your dashboard.

Please note that if you don't have the stock, but one of the physical Wolf & Badger stores does, the online order will auto allocate to the store to fulfil. The store fulfilment fee would apply in this case.

  • Avoid delays by enabling holiday mode while you are away and keeping your stock levels up to date.
  • Please also remember that we do not have made to order items on our site, and expect that all items listed are available for immediate dispatch.
  • Declining an order on repeated occasions may result in your account being suspended or cancelled. Please try to keep your declined order rate to under 1%.
  • Do not use customer details to contact them directly, all communication must go through Wolf & Badger.
  • If you partially decline a ready-to-ship order, you need to download NEW shipping labels, documents & packing slips to ensure the shipping info reflects the amendment to the order.
