What are disputed returns?

You may mark a return as ‘disputed’ if a return is received back from the customer in a non-re-sellable condition. You may dispute a return for a stain, snag, or extreme wear, among other things. If you need to open a dispute, you need to do this within 48 hours of receiving the return.

You can formally dispute a return by submitting a contact form - click contact us on your dashboard, so we can look into this further for you. If you would like us to refund an order in disputed returns please click “close dispute".

Kindly note that if we receive no evidence within this timeframe, we will mark the item returned and refund the customer.
