      OTP (One Time Password) /Two Factor Authentication – Login

      For additional security, we have now added 2-Factor Authentication to the Brand Dashboard.

      Instructions to set up 2-Factor Authentication:


      1. Install the Google Authenticator mobile app. It’s free for both iOS and android.note that this often appears as just 'Authenticator' on the phone.
      2. Once installed, click the ‘+’ button at the top right corner of the Google Authenticator app and choose ‘Scan Barcode’. You can either scan the QR code or enter the 32 character code.
      3. Once the QR code or character code is entered, you’ll need to confirm your account with a 6 digit code. Use this 6-digit number as the 'Confirmation code' on the W&B Designer Dashboard site (do NOT include the space).
      4. You will then see your new account displayed in the Google Authenticator mobile app.
      5. Please note: Each time you need to sign into your Wolf & Badger account, you’ll need to enter a one-time 6-digit code which can be found in this new account in the Google Authenticator mobile app. Simply put your 6-digit code where it says 'OTP Token'.

      Troubleshooting

      Frequent issues:

      • ‘The setup is not accepting my token’  - Make sure NOT to include any spaces in the code token.
