FAQs

When do you plan on integrating with Woocommerce/Squarespace/Wordpress/Shopwired?

The product team is researching and in discovery for all potential partners, with the idea being that through this research they'll be able to ascertain a priority list of the integrations that would provide the maximum impact for brands. We'll communicate any major updates as and when we have them.

What are the other 3rd parties you are looking into other than Shopify?

The product team have and continue to conduct surveys with our brand partners, and based on the results will investigate the most popular options on a needs basis. We want to make sure we prioritise those which provide the maximum impact! Stay tuned.

Which month is the influencer project being launched and how can we get involved?

We will have an early version out ideally in March, subject to change.

This is a big project, and one which is very new to us, so we're in the process of solidifying the tech and backend side, as well as onboarding the influencers we're going to start with. Lots of different teams are working internally on it, and it's in all of our interest for the first release to be as successful as possible so we're taking our time!

This will be launched to a small pool of brands first, and we hope to improve and expand upon this as we learn from it to be able to introduce it to a wider selection of brands. Stay tuned!

Will there be a community hub for finding W&B influencers? This way we can see who the influencers are, get their vibe and views before we agree to send them product to promote to make sure we are both in line with our brands

This is something which has come up as part of our discovery around this. There are lots of places we can go with influencers. The initial launch will be a smaller scale with a higher touch (more people involved on both sides), as we scale it and automate it and build a system for managing both sides, this is one of the many things we'll look towards building in. It's on our radar!

What about a community hub for meeting/chatting with other brand owners?

This is absolutely something we're looking into including into the Community Hub which we're hoping to build for you all this year. A future version would ideally be a place to share your insights and connect with other brands in the community. This is feedback we've heard from a number of you, and we'd love to create a space where you can share resources and success stories with one another to learn from each other and collaborate. Watch this space!

Can you please clarify how the new stock levels section is working? We’re finding it a bit hard to handle as you don’t have the chance to edit products individually. Thank you.

This new section is under development. We're in contact with brands getting more feedback, and we'll be iterating and optimizing it based on feedback in the coming quarter. As a reminder, here are the new features coming soon:

1. Filtering and sorting

 a. Filter status (Active, Inactive & Out of stock)

b. Filter Shopify products

c. Filter by Store(s)

d. Sort by:

i. Product Title (A to Z)

ii. Product Title (Z to A)

iii. Created (Oldest first)

iv. Created (Newest first)

v. Updated (Oldest first)

vi. Updated (Newest first)

vii. Low stock levels

viii. High stock levels

2. CSV download for stock levels

How do we link our products together as a recommended match?  Is this feature live or will be soon?

You are currently able to link two products together as matching products ie matching jacket and trousers. You can see instructions here for the 'Complete the Look' feature.
While you're currently only able to link 1 product at this point, a main focus for our Product team this quarter is improving personalisation. This could definitely evolve to being able to add more 'recommended' products linked in the PDP. Keep your eyes out for further announcements for improving personalisation!

Are you planning on adding an option to add a video of the product when uploading a new product?
This is something we're looking into! If this is something we go ahead with developing, you'll be notified of the new feature via email.

We're always keen to hear your feedback! You can submit general feedback or suggestions here
