I sent the wrong item to a customer, what do I do?
If you have mistakenly shipped the wrong item to a customer, please let the Community team know as soon as possible so they can contact the customer and arrange for the return of the wrong item.
You can contact the team by submitting a contact form.
If the customer is based in the same country as your country of fulfilment (domestic shipment), we will ask you to ship the correct item using your own shipping labels.
If the customer is based in another country (international shipment), we will provide shipping labels for you to ensure the customer is not asked to pay duties or import fees unnecessarily.
Please note that if the customer does not return the incorrect item, we will not reimburse you for this item/s or allow you to claim.
