I sent the wrong item to a customer, what do I do?

If you have mistakenly shipped the wrong item to a customer, please contact customer service as soon as possible so they can contact the customer and arrange for the return of the wrong item.

We will ask you to provide shipping labels for the customer to return the wrong item. If we provide labels for you, the charge for the labels will be added to your account.
