I need to update my fulfillment address

 

When you first create your account, you need to enter your fulfilment address under 'Account' on your dashboard- this is where orders are shipped from and returned to. Please ensure all fields are filled in to avoid any missing information. If information is missing, it may prevent shipment labels generating automatically.

If at any stage, you need to update the country of fulfilment address, please use the contact us tab on your dashboard and the community team will be able to make the updates for you.
