If you're updating your fulfilment address for the first time or planning to change the location, be sure to follow these guidelines to avoid any issues with your orders during the transition.

Please ensure all fields are filled in to avoid any missing information.

Please note - We cannot currently support multiple fulfilment locations.
All orders will be shipped from and all returns must be sent to this single location.
Please ensure your stock levels accurately reflect the physical stock held at your fulfilment address.
Moving Warehouse or address within the same country?
It's important that you utilise Holiday Mode if you're unable to fulfil orders during your warehouse move.
If your products are still available on-site but you're not able to ship orders within the 2 working day SLA, customers will reach out to query where their order is. This leads to poor customer experience, cancellations & returns.
