I need to collect some items from the store- how do I arrange this?

Brands can request to pick up items from the store but this must be booked in in advance

If you need to pick up one or two items from the store, please ensure that you arrange this at least 48 hours in advance so that the store team can get the items ready and create an out note.

Please make the subject title of the email '' In-Store Collection Request’’ so our team are able to track it.

You can only collect your entire collection at the end of your contract - ensuring that you have provided the required one month's notice.
