I am unable to update my the price of a product, how can I do this?

If your products are currently stocked in our stores, their pricing is locked (including products using the Shopify integration). This means you will not be able to update the product price via your Dashboard.

You will need to contact our Brands Support Team and we can manually update the pricing for you. We will also notify the store team to ensure the pricing is updated in the store location.
