How do I edit my account details?

Change your contact details, order fulfillment address, change your card details and put your account on Holiday Mode.

To start, click on the Accounts tab. 

Contact Details

Fill out the details for your desired point of contact for our customer and member support teams. Make sure your email address is up to date and your payment details have been submitted via the form under 'Account' and 'Billing Details'.

Order Fulfilment Address

This must be the address your orders are shipped from and is where we send any returned items. You can update this on your dashboard under 'account'- please also inform the team of this change via the 'Contact Us' tab on the dashboard.

Billing Details

To change your card details, click on Billing details, then log into your secure billing portal. Sign in using the details you made the first payment with. If you are unsure of these details, you can click on the 'forgot your password' link. This payment method only relates to the collection of membership fees. 

Holiday Mode

If you will be away and unable to fulfill orders, enter the dates you are away and your products will show as out of stock so that no orders are placed. Customers can still add your items to their wish list.
