How do I drop off at a UPS/DHL service point?

Step by step guide on how to drop your orders at a service point

If you would prefer, you can drop orders off at DHL and UPS service points rather than booking a collection.

• To find your nearest DHL service point, please follow this link.
• You will then need to select the country that you are shipping from and enter your post code/zip code to find your local service point.

• You will then need to select that you have a shipment with a DHL label (labels will be provided on the dashboard).

• You will then be provided with your nearest service point. Check the opening times by clicking on Detail and take the parcel, including all of the necessary paperwork, to the location.  Make sure that the Waybill is attached to the parcel and the packing slip is inside.

• Once the order has been accepted by DHL at the service point, please ensure you have marked the order as Shipped on your dashboard. The tracking information will then be passed on to the customer via email.

If you are using UPS labels, please follow this link and follow the same steps. You will need to enter your zip code and you will be provided with the nearest drop-off point.

Once you have dropped off the parcel, please ensure you have marked the order as Shipped on your dashboard.
