How long is the in store contract?

Store contracts in our physical locations are a minimum of 3 months, your contract will auto renew if you do not hand in your notice one month prior to the end of a quarter.

Store membership is offered for rolling 3-month periods between fixed dates, subject to availability:

February 1st - April 30th

May 1st - July 31st

August 1st - October 31st

November 1st - January 31st

Please note: written notice at least one month prior to the end of a quarter is required to terminate the store add-on otherwise the add-on will be automatically renewed for the subsequent quarter. This is clearly stated in our terms which all brands must agree to when joining our stores. If you wish to hand in your notice for the store, please follow this form.
