How do I calculate my payout from sales?

    Revenue

Your revenue from sales is based on the Chargeable Price listed in the Sales Report in your dashboard. This report is under ‘Data & Reports’, then ‘Order Reporting’.

    How is Chargeable Price calculated?

Your Chargeable Price is your uploaded product price minus any sales promotions and applied discounts. Sales promotions are opted in via the ‘Promotions’ section of the Dashboard and discounts refer to any permitted discount on the order item.

    Payout

For all shipped orders for a period, your payout is calculated as the total revenue (sum of Chargeable Price) minus item and order level fees. Item-level fees includes commission and transaction fees; order-level fees includes the operations fee.

    Example:

Order Item Chargeable Price Commission (30%) Transaction Fee (2.5%) Ops Fee Payout
    1 Scarf £120 (£36) (£3) (£5.90) £75.10
    2 Hat £200 (£60) (£5) (£5.90) £129.10

    UK, EU or AU brands

For brands in markets where VAT (or equivalent) is applicable (UK, EU and AU), payout is calculated on your Tax Exclusive Chargeable Price. Please see other articles on VAT guidance for more information on how VAT is handled in invoices.

    Example:

    UK VAT @ 20%

Order Item Chargeable Price Tax Exclusive Chargeable Price (TECP) Commission (30%) Transaction Fee (2.5%) Ops Fee Payout (TECP minus fees)
    1 Scarf £120 £100 (£36.00) (£3.00) (£5.90) £55.10
    2 Hat £200 £166.70 (£60.00) (£5.00) (£5.90) £95.80

Using your Sales Report to calculate your Payout

To calculate your monthly payout from the Sales Report: Sum the payout item price column, then subtract the order-level ops fees by counting unique order IDs (use Sale Country column to see if domestic or international ops fees apply per order). For more info, see here.
