How do I create and edit my profile?

You can edit your profile at any time in your dashboard

On your dashboard go to the tab Edit Profile to: 

  • Edit your brand name. Please note that this is how your brand name will appear on the website and in search results.
  • Add a brand description, which should be between 50-100 words. Your brand description should be written in full sentences that are clear and concise, including details about what makes your brand unique. Note that there is a maximum character limit of 800 characters.
  • Add a profile picture – this should be a lifestyle, model or editorial shot and 220 x 220px.

Example Profile Images:

  • Add 2 banner images (these will display side by side) — these should be lifestyle images and 2000 x 1000px. Your images must not feature a product photo or include any text.

Please note that your profile should not:

  • contian a logo in any of the images

  • include any text in the submitted images

  • include emojis, awards or inspirational quotes in the brand description

  • include any links to your own websites or social media

  • Click 'Save & Preview' once the inforation has been completed to check you are happy with how it looks!

  • Once you are happy with how it looks, click the 'Submit for Approval' button 

Note that your profile will need to be reviewed by our team before it goes live on the site, which will occur within 2 days of submission.

If your profile has to be rejected, you will be notified via your dashboard home page and will be given feedback on what information needs to be amended for us to approve.
