Advice for customs clearance for returns in Turkey

Turkish customs take 1-4 weeks to clear returns so it's a more lengthy process.

If you are shipping from Turkey, you will need to cooporate with Turkish customs and provide additional documentation to clear your returns.

We require brands shipping from Turkey to have a broker to clear the returns for you rather than providing the documentation yourself.
