How to Sync/Un-sync Shopify Stock and Pricing with Imported Products
This guide will allow you to link or sync your Shopify product with the imported or already existing Wolf & Badger product for either stock or pricing (or both).
Here's how you can link your Shopify products inventory to approved Wolf & Badger products (i.e not a draft product):
1. If you imported the product from Shopify to create the Wolf & Badger product and it's not correctly synced, visit the imported section on the dashboard, find the product you want to link to Stock &/or Price sync and click the UNLINK button.
2. The product will move from Imported to Unimported.
3. Click the drop-down arrow next to the product on the unimported tab and choose Link with existing product.
4. Now link the Shopify product (shown on the left) with the corresponding Wolf & Badger product, shown in the dropdown menu. Search for the product name and link the correct variants together.
5. If one of the variants is discontinued or correlates to a different Wolf & Badger product, you can click the dropdown arrow and choose to Ignore the product. That variants won't be linked to a Wolf & Badger product.

6. Choose if you'd like to sync the product with Shopify stock levels and/or prices.
Your stock count on Wolf & Badger will now be pulled from Shopify, with Shopify being considered the master stock count.
Your prices on Wolf & Badger will now be pulled from Shopify, with Shopify being considered as the master price. If you're running a product sale/discount on Shopify and a Wolf & Badger product is linked to price sync, the sale will be applied on Wolf & Badger products too.
Please note: If a product is entered into a Wolf & Badger sale (e.g 20% off) and is also synced with Shopify, where there is also a live sale, the discounts will be applied to products TWICE.
If stock levels are incorrect:
If you notice any products not displaying online or having incorrect stock levels, you can refresh the integration by unlinking and re-linking the products. Please follow these steps:
Try to Refresh the connection with Shopify first:
1. Visit the Imported tab on the integrations page on the dashboard.
2. Select the product/s with incorrect stock levels.
3. Click the dropdown arrow and select Refresh Stock Level
4. Visit your stock level tab to see if the stock has updated & is now correct.
If the above steps don't work, we need to severe the connection between the Wolf & Badger product & the Shopify product and then reconnect it.
Follow the steps above to Unlink + then Relink the Wolf & Badger product from Shopify.
You can check if a product is successfully linked to Shopify stock by visiting the stock level tab on the dashboard.
If the stock field is editable like this (the box is white and you can + or - units of stock) then the product is not linked to Shopify stock sync.
If the stock field is greyed out and you can't manually edit it, the product is linked to Shopify stock sync.![]()
