Can I collect items/stock from the store during my store membership?
Brands may occasionally need to collect or ship Items during their store rotation. To help us prepare properly and keep inventory accurate, please review the guidelines below.
1. Full Season Swap (Large Volume Collections)
This includes pulling a full collection, swapping seasons, or collecting more than 2–3 Items.
a. If Collecting In Person
- Please allow 3-5 working days’ notice so the store team can locate, prepare, and remove all Items.
- Email the store team with your request
- Walk-ins or same-day requests cannot be accommodated.

b. If Shipping
- Brands are responsible for all shipping labels, duties, taxes, import/export fees, and courier charges.
- Email the store team before sending any labels or scheduling a courier.
- Couriers who arrive without notice cannot be accommodated.
- Please allow 3-5 working days for the store to prepare the shipment.
2. Single Item Collection (1–2 Items Only)
For quick pulls, gifting, PR requests, or small adjustments.
a. If Collecting In Person
- Please provide at least 2 working days’ notice.
- This allows the team to locate Items, remove them from stock, and prepare paperwork.
- Same-day or walk-in collection cannot be supported.

b. If Shipping
- Brands cover all labels, duties, taxes, and courier fees.
- Email the store team before sending labels to confirm availability.
- We cannot process last-minute or same-day courier arrivals.
- Please allow 2 working days for preparation.
