What are disputed returns?
You may raise a dispute against a return that has been returned worn/damaged in transit/faulty or hasn't been received
You may mark a return as ‘disputed’ if a return is received back from the customer in a non-re-sellable condition.
Please reach out to the Brands Support Team and provide photographic evidence of the damage to the item and packaging.
We ask you to contact us within 48 hours after delivery and ensure you dispute the return on the dashboard - You can do this via the Returns Section / Received Returns.
Kindly note that if we receive no evidence within the above timeframe, we will mark the item returned and refund the customer.
