My return has arrived damaged/faulty or hasn't been delivered despite being marked as 'returned'

If the item is faulty or damaged when you receive it, please hit CONTACT US on your dashboard to reach out to the community team.
We ask you to contact us within 48 hours after delivery and ensure you dispute the return on the dashboard - You can do this via the Returns Section / Received Returns



Please ensure you add images of the damaged item + images of the inner & outer packaging so we can conduct a thorough investigation.

Kindly note that if we receive no evidence within the above timeframe, we will mark the item returned and refund the customer.
