What is Wolf & Badger's return policy?

By working with Wolf & Badger you are agreeing to our Returns Policy, which you can read below.

As detailed in our Seller Terms, from the date a product is delivered, we direct the customers that they have 14 days to initiate a return and 28 days for it to be completed.
The guidance to initiate the return is set up to allow sufficient time for return shipping and customs clearance, which in turn allows us to complete this process within 28 days per our terms.

In-Store Returns

When the customer returns online products to a W&B Store, W&B shall return the item to the seller within a reasonable time period unless otherwise agreed with the seller.

Declining a Return

If the order you have received arrives in a non-sellable condition — for example, if it has been damaged or worn by the customer or is a non-refundable item — you have the right to dispute the return.
