As detailed in our Seller Terms, from the date a product is delivered, we direct the customers that they have 14 days to initiate a return and 28 days for it to be completed. The guidance to initiate the return is set up to allow sufficient time for return shipping and customs clearance, which in turn allows us to complete this process within 28 days per our terms.

Please note: When a Customer returns an order using a return delivery method arranged and paid for by W&B, the brand will be charged a fixed amount of the cost of the return for each shipment.
The Returns Charge is £5.90 GBP / $9.75 USD / $14.75 CAD / €7.50 EUR / $15.75 AUD (effective July 1 2023) per returned shipment.
In-Store Returns
When the customer returns online products to a W&B Store, W&B shall return the item to the seller within a reasonable time period unless otherwise agreed with the seller.
Declining a Return
If the order you have received arrives in a non-sellable condition — for example, if it has been damaged or worn by the customer or is a non-refundable item — you have the right to dispute the return.
