Would it be possible to see if an order is from a repeat customer and their order history? Previously we used the search feature which is no longer available. 

We're working hard to add the search function back, so that will be available again shortly! 

Will we be able to see how many and who the followers are? 

We're happy with the impact that the feature has already had. As you have to log in to use the filters/follow function, we've seen a huge increase in the number of people logging in to make orders, instead of checking out as a guest. They're logging in to use the feature. We're discussing ways we can improve the feature for both you guys, and the customer as well. We're in discussion on how we can give you access to see the impact of the brand following feature. So this is definitely something on our radar, to keep an eye out for! 

Always interested in data, are there any future data points you'll be able to provide about individuals/products/the site, apart from trends? 

Something we're focussing on internally is how we can give you guys better insights on shopping behaviour, pricing, behaviour, our market, macro trends, etc. We're conscious of this and have thought about it as iterations of our analytics. We want to work on this in a way to add value for you guys individually, so are definitely working on this!

Will woocommerce be connected as an integration? 

It is on our radar. We're working predominantly on the strength of the Shopify integration for now, as that caters to the majority of our brands. That being said, there are around 4 other big platforms that are on our list as well.
