What happens when I receive an order?

When you receive an order, you’ll get a notification alerting you to ship the item.

On your dashboard, navigate to the ‘orders’ tab, where you’ll see all of your orders. Accept the order and then download the shipping label, customs invoice (if applicable), and packing slip. 

Orders must be shipped within 2 days of the order being placed.
When customers check out, they are provided with an estimated delivery window. To ensure the order arrives within this timeframe, it is crucial to ship within 48 hours.

If orders aren't shipped on time, customers reach out to ask where their order is.
Delays can lead to cancellations or returns, and they can impact the customer's relationship with your brand & Wolf & Badger.

If you can't ship an order on time, let us know! If we inform the customer of the delay ahead of time, they're less likely to cancel the order.
