What automation campaigns does Wolf & Badger run in email marketing?
In order to give your products the best chance of conversion, our Marketing Team run a range of automation campaigns on a product level.
So what do these automation campaigns do and when are they triggered?
1. Price Drop:
This is triggered if a customer has viewed a product that has since dropped in price by at least 15%. This is an 'always on' campaign, but of course spikes when we go into sale.

2. Wishlist Back In Stock:
This is triggered if a customer has an item in their wishlist that has come back into stock. It creates a sense of urgency for them to purchase before it runs out again.
This is an 'always on' campaign.
Don't forget to regularly review the wishlist section of your analytics!

3. Wishlist Low In Stock:
This is triggered and serves as a reminder if a customer has an item in their wishlist that is low in stock. It creates a sense of urgency for them to purchase before it's too late.
This is an 'always on' campaign.

4. Wishlist One Left In Stock:
This is triggered if a customer has an item in their wishlist that is running low in stock and only has one left. Also creates a sense of urgency.
This is an 'always on' campaign.

5. Wishlist On Sale:
This is triggered if a customer has an item in their wishlist that has entered the sale.
This is an 'always on' campaign, but is of course triggered more when we are in sale periods.

6. Abandoned Basket:
This is triggered if a customer has added something to their basket and then left the site. It is an email that serves as a reminder that the items are still waiting in the basket for them to buy. Please note: the products shown in the below image are dummy products for the purpose of showing an example, and will change based on customer profiles.
7. Abandoned Browse:
This is triggered if a customer has viewed an item and then left the site. It is an email that serves as a reminder that the items they liked and were interested in are still on site and waiting for them to come back and buy.
Please note: the products shown in the below image are dummy products for the purpose of showing an example, and will change based on customer profiles.

These emails are automatically sent to customers on Sundays when brands they've followed using the 'follow' feature upload new styles.

9. Abandoned Categories:
These automations are 'always on' campaigns, with the exception of the Sale one, which is only live during our Winter, Summer & Black Friday Sales.
These emails serve as a reminder of how vast our category ranges are and is a way to get them back to site by surfacing sub categories that they might have missed.

At Wolf & Badger we constantly strive to ensure the best marketing for our community of brands so you might see some automation campaigns not mentioned in the above overview, this might be because we are testing a new automation or are trying new messaging but we hope the above overview gives you a comprehensive overall view of our automation strategy in our email marketing.
