Price Match Policy

We will sell products in their home market at the product price you provide. This means we match the product on the local Wolf & Badger website to the price on your own website.

For example, if you are a brand based in the UK, then on the Wolf & Badger UK website the price will be the same as your upload price. We do this to ensure the best possible experience for customers, allowing them to make a purchase decision based on factors other than just price.

Our price match policy means, if a customer sees an item on your own website and the price is lower than on the respective Wolf & Badger website, we will get in touch to ask you to update your upload prices so they match your own site.

Conditions for price matching:

We will price match:

• Product prices (upload price) that are higher on Wolf & Badger than on your own local website

e.g. product selling at £100 on your own site, £120 on Wolf & Badger

• Markdown sales running on your own local website, but are not live on Wolf & Badger 

e.g. £100 on your own site, marked down to £80, £100 on Wolf & Badger

We will not price match:

• Checkout or basket discounts offered on your own website

e.g. sign-up to receive 10% off

• Independent retailers or other marketplace prices
• Non-local pricing, or international pricing

e.g. product selling at £100 on your local website, but $250 on your international website, we will not match to the $250

What happens if an order has already been placed?

If an order has already been placed and it is within 14 days of delivery, we will refund the customer the price difference to prevent the customer from returning and reordering. The support team will then be in touch to ensure the prices on Wolf & Badger are updated.
