When do I get paid?

Your invoices (Self-billed and Commission) are issued on or around the 18th of every month, with payment (if applicable) made on or before the 21st of each month.

Both invoices contain complete and returned orders, and the associated fees for the previous full calendar month. For example, an invoice issued on 18th February will cover orders shipped and/or returned between 1st - 31st January.

Example payment schedule:

18th of the month: statements generated for your previous month's sales

21st of the month: payment is made for your previous month's sales (if the 21st falls on a weekend, you will be paid the prior working day)

🔍 Please note: if your online or in-store membership payment is overdue, your sales payment will only be released in the next payment run after the balance has been cleared.
