When do I get paid?

Payment Schedule

1st of the Month: Membership fee for the month is charged to your card on file

18th of the Month: Payment report is generated for your previous month's sales

21st of the Month: Payment is made for your previous month's sales. Note that if the 21st happens to fall on a weekend, you will be paid out the following Monday.

Please note, if you have not paid your online or in-store membership payments on time, your sales payments will be released in the following payment run.

*Sales will only appear in the report in the month that they have been marked as shipped

*Collect-in-store orders will only appear in the report in the month that they have been collected

Example Month

November 1st: November membership fee is charged to your account

November 18th: October sales report is generated

November 21st: October sales are paid to you
