My order went to manual shipments - I require a shipping label

Shipping labels may fail to automatically generate from time to time. This is usually due to an error in the customer address.

Should a label go to manual shipments, don't panic!

You no longer need to submit a contact form when you have a manual shipment.

Our team will take care of everything behind the scenes, regenerating the shipping label and documents and uploading them directly to your dashboard.


Once complete, you can download the label and documents from the "Ready to Ship" section as normal.

The order will automatically be marked as shipped once it is in transit, so you no longer need to do this manually.
