My order went to manual shipments - I require a shipping label

Should a label go to manual shipments, please reach out to our community team to request a label. On the drop-down menu under query on the contact form, please choose Orders > My order went to manual shipments - I require a shipping label. Please also provide the order number when you reach out. 

Please also note that you need to manually mark this order as shipped via these instructions.

 

To prevent orders from going onto manual shipments in the future, please make sure you have added the following fields to the Order Fulfillment Details section: Street 1, City, State, Zip Code, Country and Contact Number   

 

This section can be found on your Dashboard under Account > Contact details > Order Fulfillment Details
