Our Marketing Imagery Guidelines
We encourage you to send all of your marketing and PR assets to allow us to better promote your brand on our website, across socials, emails and in press placements. Please see our guide below for information on the best way to send us your files.
Essential:
In your product listings, you should have:
- 3 core sizes which must have at least 3 units of stock each
- No gaps in sizing (e.g. S, M, L available, not S, L)
- No sizes out of stock
- A product image as the first image in your listing
Your e-commerce imagery should:
- Have the product centred, and the product shouldn’t appear too small
- Have no lines, product not cut off
Please note: Jewellery brands must have at least 2 units across 3 core sizes
Brands with very unique pieces are encouraged to upload products even if they only come in one size
Additional opportunity:
Our team often look for brands with suitable lifestyle imagery, this imagery is used to feature as hero images in our email builds and the website homepage
Please follow our asset upload guidelines below and make sure to always include lifestyle imagery in your product upload.
Please note that we are unable to feature products under £30 in our email newsletters. We also need to make sure that the products we feature are in-season
How to Send Files
On your dashboard, you will see a tab called 'send assets'. Click here to share imagery with the team. You'll see instructions on how to organise your folders on the landing page, please follow them carefully to ensure your images can be used.
