I submitted my products…now what?

Hang tight! Products are reviewed within 1-2 business days of submission (reach out to our Brands Support Team if it takes longer than that).

While you wait for them to be reviewed, they’ll be listed as Pending on your products tab. If products are approved, they’ll be live on the site within 30 minutes; if they are rejected, you’ll be given feedback as to how to improve them. 

Once accepted, please check your stock levels within your dashboard and amend these if necessary.
