I received another brand's return, what do I do?
On rare occasions, a customer might ship the wrong item to the wrong brand. Our Brands Support team are here to help:
Please reach out to the team via the contact form using the contact reason "Received Wrong Return"
The Brands Support team will provide you will shipping labels to return the item/s to the correct brand or in some instances, back to the customer.
We'll let the customer know of their error and update all brands involved.
Once the correct item is returned to you, we'll mark the return as received & issue the customer's refund.
