I accepted an order but it's out of stock

We understand that there can sometimes be unexpected stock issues or other reasons that an order cannot be fulfilled.

You might be able to offer a like-for-like alternative, such as the same item in a different colour or slightly different size.
If this is the case, reach out to the brand support team via the contact form (found by clicking CONTACT US on your dashboard) and we will contact the customer to offer the alternative item/s.


If there is no suitable alternative to offer the customer, it is vital that you decline the order as soon as possible so we can let the customer know their order can't be fulfilled & it will be refunded.

Customers are more likely to place another order if you declined any out of stock items within 48 hours - or as soon as you can after the order has been placed. 

If you have accepted an order but you're unable to fulfil it please decline it on your dashboard under the ‘ready to ship’ section (or ‘manual processing’).
Please provide a comment in the notes section to explain why you are unable to fulfil the order.

If the reason for declining the order is because the item/size is out of stock, please ensure the item/size is marked as OOS on the dashboard
