I accepted an order but it's out of stock

We do understand that there can sometimes be unexpected stock issues or other reasons that an order cannot be fulfilled. In these instances, it is absolutely vital that you decline the order as soon as possible so we can let the customer know.

If you have accepted an order but you're unable to fulfil it please decline it on your dashboard under the ‘ready to ship’ section (or ‘manual processing’). Please provide a comment in the notes section to explain why you are unable to fulfil the order.
