Can you mix jewellery and accessories in the "complete the look" section. I do both.

Yes, the Complete the Look feature is not category specific, however the products need to be complementary and the associated products need to be similar enough that the match makes sense. For example if the lifestyle imagery shows both products associated.

 

You talked about imagery AI resources can you suggest some??

We're currently doing some research into some resources, which we want to make sure we've tested before we recommend. Stay tuned! 

 

Is there any way to bulk upload or edit products?

Currently not, however we've definitely noted this feedback and it's something our Product Team are working on!

 

Is it possible to add videos to product cards?

Currently not, however we've again we've definitely noted this feedback and it's something that's on our mind for development potentially down the line.

 

Do we now need to go back into our listings and separate materials using the drop down menu?

We recommend that you do ensure that each product listing has the accurate material composition listed, yes!
