I have a gift order, what shall I do now?

Customers can choose to add a gift message to their packing slip

Customers can add gift notes at the checkout by selecting 'include a gift message with your order'.
This will allow customers to leave a gift message that's up to 150 characters long. All prices will be automatically hidden on the packing slip.

If you receive an order marked as a gift (see how it will appear below) please ensure that there is nothing in the package containing the price of the item(s) such as label prices.

Please pay special attention to the packing of gift orders, this can help with repeat order rates and reducing returns.
It delights customers if gift orders are wrapped in special tissue or include a hand written copy of the gift note on the packing slip.
