How do reviews work on my brand profile?

We contact customers about a week after they receive their order asking them to leave a review.

Customers receive an email from Wolf & Badger approx 1 week after they receive their order, encouraging them to leave a review. 

We pull reviews for products by that brand onto the brand profile. The reviews are collected by Trustpilot. They are ordered by the most recent review first. Reviews appear on the product page and at the bottom your brand profile. For new brands, it may take a few weeks for reviews to populate on your brand page. Do note that we cannot remove reviews on a case by case basis.
