How do I ship products to the London store?

Information for brands sending stock to our London Store

 

Please ensure you have completed your delivery note before sending the stock. It is the brands responsibility to organise the shipping of stock to the Wolf & Badger stores. If you wish to know how to create a delivery note please read the following article: How do I create a delivery note? 

IMPORTANT- Delivery notes are only approved once the stock has been delivered to the store. Please create the delivery note and ship the stock (it will be marked as 'pending' until it is received in store)

  
Please bear in mind all deliveries need to be received before or on your start date. If you cannot deliver before this date, please reach out to our community team to let our team know when they can expect the pieces to arrive.

Please send the tracking link over to the London store team at londonstore@wolfandbadger.com so that we can keep an eye on the shipment.
 
Please note that shipments to the store may be subject to applicable taxes and duties.
 Key Information and Guidance:
  • Use a reputable international courier; our preferred partner is DHL. 
  • Your shipment should be addressed to Yourself, c/o Wolf & Badger
  • Please include a commercial invoice along with the shipment paperwork. Ensure the declared values match on all paperwork included with the shipment.
  • For shipments with a declared value up to £135 there will be no duties payable.
  • For shipments with a declared value of £135 - £2,500 there will be duties payable and so you should send using ‘DDP’ (i.e. where you pay the duties on the shipment). If Wolf & Badger as receiver is billed for duties, taxes or fees then the shipment may be refused and/or these costs will be passed through to you for payment.
  • Please do not send shipments over £2,501 in declared value without prior notice to Wolf & Badger as we may need to first provide further information and identification numbers as receiver.

Once the stock has arrived in our store, our team will check the pieces delivered against the delivery note you have submitted. This note will remain as ‘pending’ until our store team has accepted and completed the delivery note.
This note will act as a digital line sheet; once it is accepted and completed, it will integrate with your ‘Stock Levels’ on the dashboard and our POS (Point Of Sale) in the store.
