How can I make changes to my membership?

What options do I have?
Pausing: This will temporarily hide your products from Wolf & Badger but your dashboard will remain saved for reactivation later. Accounts can be paused for a maximum of 6 months.
Please note: Pausing is not available for brands on an annual membership. This feature is only permitted for legacy brands on a monthly plan.
We do not offer immediate pausing of accounts. If you cannot fulfil orders in instances of delayed stock replenishment, for example, you will need to put your account on Holiday mode.
Cancelling: This will result in the permanent deletion of your products and profile information.
Per our terms, pause/cancel requests, and cancelling of a paused membership, must be provided to our team 30 days before the next payment cycle.
* For example, to pause/cancel on the 1st of May you must make the request no later than the 31st of March. If the request comes in after the 30th of March, your pause/cancel will take effect on 1st June.
Please note: If you are on an annual membership and decide to Cancel, no prorated credits or refunds will be issued for the time your membership was inactive.
