Can I provide the stores with free beauty samples?

Offering free samples with purchase is a good way of introducing your beauty brand and products to new potential Wolf & Badger customers. Here are instructions for Beauty brands on how to share beauty samples with our stores for distribution

If you're a beauty brand willing to give our customers free samples with purchase from any of our store brands, you're welcome to send them to one or all of our three flagship stores.

Eligible brands 

Please note that opportunity to send free samples only apply to beauty brands.

To qualify, please note that you need to be able to provide a minimum of 50 and a maximum of 250 samples (in total or across different SKUs) per store you ship to. 

Important information

As we offer you the opportunity to provide free samples, you understand that:

  • You're not entitled to any reimbursement from Wolf & Badger or our customers for any costs relating to offering the free samples 
  • Wolf & Badger and the store team has the right to distribute them with any purchase to customers as they see fit
  • There are no guarantees of improved sales after providing the stores with the free samples
  • Wolf & Badger and the store team has no obligation to provide any sort feedback relating to the free samples sent to/distributed by the stores

Notify the stores

Before you ship your free samples to our store/s, please make sure to notify the relevant store team about your shipment via email (with the subject title "Free Beauty Samples"). Please wait to hear back from them with a confirmation before you proceed to the next steps.

Shipping instructions 

Once the store team has confirmed that they can accept your free samples, you can prepare your shipment. Please only use UPS, DHL or FedEx only in accordance with our shipping instructions provided below. Please make sure to include a letter/information with your brand name (as it appears on your Wolf & Badger brand page) and any special background information that is needed for the team to understand the product samples you're providing.
