Customer Pricing

To provide a great shopping experience for customers, and maximise sales potential across all Wolf & Badger channels we price products differently depending on a number of factors.

Some example factors are; which region and channel the product is being sold in and from where the product is being shipped from.

Product Price

We ask you to provide a Product Price when you upload your product. This should be the price at which you sell the product in your home market, in your local currency. 

For example, if you are a brand based in the UK then the product price should be equal to that at which you sell your product on your UK website in GBP currency. 

ℹ️ Note: for brands in markets where VAT or GST is applicable the product price is inclusive of tax

Price Matching

We will sell products in their home markets at the Product Price you provide. This means we match the product on the Wolf & Badger website to that on your own website.

International Pricing

Wolf & Badger covers import duties and other taxes on behalf of shoppers, and this is factored into the product price. This allows customers to be confident that the price they will pay on the website is the final price, with no surprises when they receive their order, and that costs are distributed fairly.

International pricing also contributes to our operational expenditure associated with running and scaling the platform. This means that we can use international sales as a tool to invest into our business, and continue to offer the platform to you.

We allow customers to shop for their products in their home currency, which means we will convert the prices into the relevant currency for the website. 

We monitor import/export duties, taxes and currency exchange movements closely to ensure we’re providing fair and relevant pricing to maximise purchase opportunity for our customers.

In practice, these factors mean that your products may appear at a higher price in some international Wolf & Badger markets.
